• Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying trends and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with transport, warehousing, planning and commercial teams.
• Support operational change projects and continuous improvement programmes.
• Ensure service delivery consistently meets customer expectations.
