Terumo Asia Pacific in Manila is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to develop and execute supply plans ensuring timely, cost-effective product delivery. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Planning to improve on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and control costs.

You will identify supply risks, coordinate with 3PL warehouses, and maintain documentation while driving continuous improvement across regional teams. Strong English and local language skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and local language (oral and written).
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office suite.
• Experience with SAP ERP, Power BI or planning tools preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate outbound logistics for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse and optimize receiving, storage, and issuance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliations.
• Develop action plans to reduce write-offs for slow-moving/near-expiry items.
• Analyze and report supply chain and inventory issues with corrective actions.
• Support stock availability reviews and SLOB management.
• Oversee inventory destruction activities twice a year.
• Renew export permits in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date supply chain records and documentation.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align with business priorities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain.
