Terumo seeks a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to develop and execute supply plans that ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Planning to improve on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and control costs.

You will proactively identify supply and inventory issues, communicate with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, or related field.
3–5 years in supply chain operations or related field.
English and local language proficiency.
Strong computer literacy and MS Office.
Experience with SAP ERP or Power BI preferred.

Responsabilités

Manage outbound logistics to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.
Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for receiving, storage, and issuance.
Ensure inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliations.
Collaborate with Commercial Leads to reduce write-offs by addressing slow-moving and near-expiry products.
Proactively analyze supply chain and inventory issues and propose corrective actions.
Support stock availability reviews and SLOB management.
Ensure timely renewal of export permits.
Maintain supply chain documentation and records.
Collaborate with local and regional teams to support priorities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain.
Demonstrate ownership and proactive approach; perform other duties as assigned.
