The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This role covers demand planning, procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory management, and distribution to ensure cost efficiency, agility, and high service levels. The position requires deep FMCG expertise, ensuring the right products are delivered to the right markets at the right time, in line with the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored for FMCG operations, focusing on speed, cost efficiency, and product availability.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, co-packers, and raw material vendors specific to FMCG.
• Logistics & Distribution: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks to guarantee on-time delivery to retailers, distributors, and modern trade partners.
• Inventory & Demand Planning: Lead demand forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to match volatile consumer demand patterns.
• Continuous Improvement & Technology: Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and leverage technology for operational excellence.
