Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, or Oracle) is an advantage.
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be willing to work in Tanza, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for delivery & pick up.
• Schedule and assign vehicles and delivery personnel based on location and items ordered within lead time.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and sales to ensure delivery efficiency.
• Maintain updated Daily Outbound transaction records.
• Perform SAP transactions/processes.
• File and safely keep all SAP-related documents and other delivery documents.
• Collate and check all delivery-related data before and after delivery.
• Handle petty cash for delivery expenses and reimbursements.
• Provide clerical/administrative support.
• Review inventory levels, identify risks and opportunities, and drive optimization.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient operations.

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Assistant (Reliever) will be in charge of providing support to the management and operations department in transferring the products from the warehouse to different branches, depots, and customers. He/She is responsible for providing clerical support and monitoring the accuracy of all transactions, resolving any errors as required, overseeing the product movement flows seamlessly, and reporting them to management regularly.

• Process orders for delivery & pick up

• Schedule and assign vehicles and delivery personnel based on delivery location and items ordered within the lead time nationwide.

• Coordinate with the delivery personnel and sales associate/account executive to ensure the efficiency of deliveries

• Maintain updated Daily Outbound transaction records

• Responsible for performing SAP transactions/processes

• File and safely keep all SAP-related documents and other documents related to deliveries

• Collate and check all delivery-related documents and necessary data before and after the delivery

• Handles petty cash for all delivery expenses and daily reimbursement of delivery personnel.

• Provides clerical/administrative support

• Review inventory levels across the supply chain, identify risks, and opportunities, and drive optimization.

• Performs other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor and/or employer to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Job Qualifications:
