Job summary

Confidential, a fast-growing pharmaceutical operations company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our remote Philippines-based team and help scale procurement and logistics processes.

You will analyze procurement data, manage supplier relationships, track purchase orders, and collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to forecast demand and ensure timely deliveries. Fluent English and advanced Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent analytical experience in Economics/Business/quantitative field
• 2-4 years of procurement/supply chain/inventory experience
• Advanced Excel skills: XLOOKUP, PivotTables, PowerQuery
• Strong written and spoken English
• Proven ability to manage multiple supplier relationships
• Process-oriented mindset with willingness to document, iterate, and improve
• Nice to have: basic SQL or Python; exposure to regulated supply chains

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement data, market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a fast-growing pharmaceutical operations company with a relentless focus on compliance, discipline, and scalable processes. We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our remote Philippines-based team and play a critical role in our procurement and logistics engine.

You'll analyse procurement data, manage supplier relationships, track purchase orders, and help build the systems our supply chain needs to scale reliably. Working full-time UK hours, you'll collaborate closely with our Operations and Supply Chain teams every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Procurement Analysis & Strategic Support

• Analyse procurement data, market trends, and supplier performance to inform strategic purchasing decisions


• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors on pricing and contract terms

Demand & Supply Planning

• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules


• Track and manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels

Supplier Management

• Evaluate and onboard suppliers to consistent quality, pricing, and delivery standards


• Monitor and resolve procurement and supply issues to minimise operational disruption

Records & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for auditing and reporting


• Proactively suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and logistics

WHO YOU ARE

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a quantitative field - or equivalent analytical experience


• 2-4 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory roles


• Advanced Excel skills: XLOOKUP, PivotTables, PowerQuery


• Strong written and spoken professional English


• Proven ability to follow up persistently and manage multiple supplier relationships (Phone & Email follow-up)


• Process-Oriented mindset - you document, iterate, and improve


• Strong Analytical mindset

Nice to Have

• Basic SQL or Python for data automation


• Exposure to regulated supply-chain environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, FMCG)


• Experience working within cross-functional project teams
