• Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills with a proven track record of working with complex spreadsheets and datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google Suite, JIRA, and CRM systems such as Hubspot.
• Basic technical acumen to understand specifications and requirements supporting customer integrations.
• Very Basic SQL is a bonus, not required.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Supplier Operations Associate to manage the onboarding of new suppliers. You will review and process accurate, high-quality product catalog data on our platform to enable customers to purchase products for R&D, Life Sciences, Maintenance & Repair and more. You will communicate directly with suppliers, guiding them through our onboarding process and following specific technical processes to onboard catalogs, working closely with the software engineering team. You will use internal tools to review and validate complex catalog data, and ensure all information is complete, accurate, and optimized for our platform.

You will collaborate closely with the broader Supplier team and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate catalog uploads, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear documentation throughout the process. Your attention to detail will directly impact the quality of the data our customers rely on. You will also provide support for projects related to technical integrations for suppliers on the platform, aiming to increase customer experience and improve efficiency.
