Job summary

SGS & Co in Alabang, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Procure To Pay Lead to oversee supplier master data and ensure service quality under SLAs and KPIs. You will coordinate day-to-day P2P processes, act as first contact for issues, and drive continuous improvements across the team and affiliates.

Requires 8–10 years in P2P with Supplier Master Data focus, ERP familiarity (Oracle), strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accountancy and related fields.
• 8–10 years in Procure To Pay with focus on Supplier Master Data.
• Experience with shared service migration and ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assure high quality of service delivery based on SLAs and KPIs.

• Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
• First contact for issues escalation within P2P process (SupplierMaster Data)
• Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
• Performing P2P (Supplier Master Data)controls

Coordination:

• Coordinate completion of P2P (Supplier Master Data)processes

Qualifications

Education:

• Knowledge of Oracle Business Suiteand other ERP system is a plus but not required.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good networking skills
