REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an AP/Data Master Data professional to manage supplier records, ensure data accuracy, and support P2P compliance. You will address data issues, participate in controls, and collaborate with internal stakeholders globally.

The role emphasizes data integrity, ERP usage, and adherence to SOX and regulatory standards within a multinational shared services environment. Hybrid work setup may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years experience in Accounts Payable, Supplier Master Data, P2P, Shared Services or Finance Operations.
• Experience in medium to large multinational organizations preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial platforms for supplier and AP management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve data issues.
• Excellent attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of supplier onboarding, maintenance, banking data, payment terms, tax reporting, VAT/WHT processes.
• Knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, compliance, and SOX standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Master Data Management: set up new suppliers and maintain records accurately and compliantly.
• Issue Resolution and Escalation: investigate supplier data concerns, banking validation issues, and queries; escalate when needed.
• Process Improvement: identify and support improvements to supplier data processes for efficiency and quality.
• Data Management: keep supplier information accurate and aligned with requirements and standards.
• Operational Compliance: follow procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
