Job summary

Concentrix CVG Corporation in Manila is seeking a Supervisor, Training to oversee classroom training initiatives supporting client programs. The role ensures effective analysis, scheduling, and implementation to prepare the workforce for client needs.

The position emphasizes leadership of the training department, development of competent professionals, and coordination with Operations and Quality teams. Strong collaboration with Training Managers is required.

• Coordinate the maintenance and development of training workbooks and other training tools used by the Training organization.

The Supervisor Training assist with the analysis, scheduling and implementation of all classroom training in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation.
