Job summary

onsemi is seeking an energetic, highly organized Production Supervisor to oversee the material production work area. You will organize teams, assess performance, provide training, and manage the group to meet production plans and targets.

The role involves coordinating with the Process Engineering (PE) team to identify improvements and ensure efficient operations. This position reports to the Manager, Growth and is based in the company’s manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking an energetic, highly organized individual to supervise the work area within material production. This person will supervise the work within material production by organizing teams, assessing team members’ performance, providing training/coaching and overall management of the group. The Production Supervisor will ensure area production targets are achieved per plans and will work directly with PE team members as required to determine improvements to processes. This position reports to the Manager, Growth.
