About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supervisor – SEM & Social Ads to lead teams responsible for building, optimizing, and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role combines people leadership, digital advertising expertise, and performance management. You will be accountable for ensuring that campaign builds, optimizations, and change requests are completed accurately, on time, and within agreed service-level and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of SEM and Social Ads Analysts
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular coaching and one-on-one sessions
- Monitor team and individual performance against SLA, AHT, quality, productivity, and resource-utilization targets
- Plan workload distribution, shift coverage, staffing capacity, and daily priorities across both teams
- Conduct quality reviews and calibration sessions to maintain campaign accuracy and reduce rework
- Oversee campaign builds, optimizations, and change requests across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Investigate SLA or quality misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective action plans
- Manage operational escalations involving campaign requirements, platform issues, and workflow tools
- Lead the onboarding, training, and cross-skilling of new and existing team members
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, SOPs, workflows, and automation
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2–4 years of experience in SEM and/or Social Ads campaign management
- At least one year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager
- Hands-on proficiency in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite
- Working knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Local, Shopping, Video, and App campaigns
- Working knowledge of Meta campaign objectives and formats, including Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Lead Generation, Conversions, App Install, Catalog, Carousel, Stories, and Reels
- Strong understanding of keywords, bidding strategies, audience targeting, geo-targeting, ad assets, and campaign optimization
- Experience managing teams in a metrics-driven agency, in-house, BPO, KPO, or digital marketing operations environment
- Strong coaching, performance management, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience preparing performance reports or dashboards
