Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in SEM and/or Social Ads campaign management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite.
• Strong people management and performance reporting skills in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop SEM and Social Ads Analysts, ensuring high performance.
• Oversee campaign builds, optimizations, launches, and changes across Google and Meta Ads.
• Monitor team performance against SLA, AHT, quality, productivity, and resources.
• Manage escalations, quality audits, and reporting to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Provide performance updates and resolution plans to clients and stakeholders.
