Job summary

eClerx Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supervisor – SEM & Social Ads to lead a team responsible for building, optimizing, and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You will ensure builds, optimizations, and change requests are completed accurately, on time, and to high quality. The role requires hands-on digital advertising expertise, strong coaching skills, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of SEM and/or Social Ads campaign management
• At least 1 year as Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager
• Hands-on proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with Google Ads campaign types including Search, Display, Performance Max, Local, Shopping, Video, and App
• Experience managing teams in a metrics-driven agency, in-house, BPO, KPO, or digital marketing operations environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SEM and Social Ads Analysts
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular coaching and one-on-one sessions
• Monitor team and individual performance against SLA, AHT, quality, productivity, and resource-utilization targets
• Plan workload distribution, shift coverage, staffing capacity, and daily priorities across both teams
• Conduct quality reviews and calibration sessions to maintain campaign accuracy and reduce rework
• Oversee campaign builds, optimizations, and change requests across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Investigate SLA or quality misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective action plans
• Manage operational escalations involving campaign requirements, platform issues, and workflow tools
• Lead the onboarding, training, and cross-skilling of new and existing team members
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, SOPs, workflows, and automation
