Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conflict Management Team Lead to join our global operations team supporting professional conflict-of-interest reviews. This leadership role is key to ensuring conflict risks are properly assessed before new business engagements proceed. You will manage a dedicated team, oversee workflows, and collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain compliance with internal policies and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Conflict Management Request queue to ensure SLA compliance
• Support technical analysis of conflicts for new business opportunities
• Provide leadership on HR-related processes, including leave and performance management
