Job summary

Strategem Ventures Management Inc. in Manila seeks a Supervisor, FP&A to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, delivering financial insights to guide strategic decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting of financial performance. The ideal candidate has BS Accountancy with 2–4 years of accounting and management reporting experience, CPA preferred, and knowledge of Workday ERP.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related major required or equivalent experience
• CPA preferred
• 2–4 years' experience in accounting and management reporting
• Gaming/hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of intercompany transactions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update budgets and forecasts, coordinating with departments to align with strategic goals

JOB BRIEF

• The Supervisor, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities. The role provides financial insights to support business decisions, ensures the accuracy of financial reports, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective financial planning and performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepares and updating budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure projections align with strategic goals.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, providing a clear picture of our financial health.

• Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

• Review internal and external management reporting packages.

• Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related major or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferably a CPA.

• With at least 2–4 years' experience in accounting and management reporting.

• Preferably with gaming or hospitality industry experience.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
