Job summary

Excelsior Farms Inc. seeks a Field Audit Specialist with strong inventory controls to conduct scheduled and surprise audits of traditional and mobile stores across Cebu and Negros Island. You will verify stock, review POS and cash collections, and document findings for the Audit Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, 2–3 years of audit experience, advanced Excel skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel and work long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• 2–3 years of audit experience, preferably in inventory control, field audit, fraud prevention, detection, and investigation.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel extensively throughout Cebu and Negros Island.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and surprise audits of traditional stores and mobile stores.
• Verify physical inventory and reconcile actual stock against records.
• Review POS transactions, sales, cash collections, and etc.
• Monitor compliance with disposal, voided sales, GCash, inventory transfer, and documentation procedures.
• Review reseller transactions, including identification, discounts, and delivery documentation.
• Prepare audit working papers, document findings, and submit audit reports.
• Participate in fraud, theft, and misconduct investigations when assigned.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Audit Supervisor.
