Advanced Energy is seeking a Supervisor, Facilities to lead maintenance across electrical, HVAC, fire protection and utilities in Laguna, Philippines. You will plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective programs to ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting uninterrupted business operations.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of industrial maintenance experience.

To lead, manage, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities across all facility systems - electrical, mechanical, fire protection and HVAC. This is to ensure optimal equipment performance, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and uninterrupted support to business operations.
The Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer will also provide technical expertise, supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of facility operations.
Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs for all facility systems (electrical, machanical, fire protection, and HVAC).
Ensure minimal equipment downtime and maintain continuous operation of building utilities and critical systems.
Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance through KPIs, reports, and audits.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of facility equipment issues.
Recommend and implement engineering improvements to enhance system reliability, energy efficiency, and safety.
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
Maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance logs, and asset inventory.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
Assist in preparing and managing annual maintenance budgets.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities through energy management, equipment optimization, and process improvements.
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate maintenance service contracts.
Bachelor’s /College Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 8 years work experience in Industrial set‑up
