Job summary

MedRisk LLC in Manila/Mandaluyong is seeking a Senior Medical Billing Supervisor to lead the Medical Bill Review group and ensure delivery of quality service to clients. The role involves coaching staff, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining adherence to client requirements.

You will escalate and resolve moderately complex issues, coordinate staffing, and interface with clients to identify and resolve ongoing issues, while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily operations of business/technical support or production teams.
• Ability to manage performance appraisals and pay reviews.
• Experience in hiring and termination actions.
• Strong coaching and quality-check capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day activity of the Medical Bill Review group.
• Ensures on-going performance meets established guidelines and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Facilitates resolutions to problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope.
• Ensures all targets are met per client expectations.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels and facilitates the allocation of work.
• Interfaces with clients to identify and resolve on-going issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
