Job summary

BOSS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a skincare sales associate to promote skincare products, demonstrate routines, and provide expert advice to customers in a retail setting. You will help customers choose products suited to their skin type and concerns while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a friendly, sales-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills and a proven sales track record, willing to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Handle phone and walk-in customers’ enquiries.
• Build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.

• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Handle phone and walk-in customers' enquiries
• Build rapport with customers and ensure a long-term relationship with them
• Be presentable and maintain good conduct
• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Assist in the maintenance of the storehousekeeping

Requirements:

• Preferably with retail sales experience
• Service and sales-oriented
• Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
• Proven sales track record
• Passionate about the skincare and beauty industry
• Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends, and PH
