Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to promote LANEIGE skincare and makeup at the counter, provide skincare consultations, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll build relationships, demonstrate products, and help achieve counter targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Join a team focused on brand standards, stock control, and accurate sales transactions while maintaining store presentation and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Possess at least GCE N/O Level qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative.
• A good team player.
• Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays).
• Passionate about the beauty and service industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote our brand’s skincare and makeup products over the counter.
• Provide skincare consultation to customers.
• Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform product demonstration over the counter to customers.
• Meets personal and counter targets and complete tasks on time.
• Initiative and Ownership.
• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions.
• Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system.
• Ensure effective management and update of member database.
• Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and VMD display.
• Provide customer with correct and accurate information on product.
• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations.
• Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal.
• Interacts and expresses effectively (includes oral communication and body language).
• Accountable for cash till; wherever applicable.
