WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Yokly Create is the go-to partner for high-volume brand content—from Amazon carousels and Meta ads to TikToks and executive decks. To keep up with growing demand, we need a Creative Project Manager with a producer’s discipline and a creative eye.
In this role, you’ll run the post-production engine: scoping briefs, managing timelines, enforcing QC, and partnering with clients to ensure every asset lands with impact. You will report to the Client Success Manager and collaborate closely with editors, designers, copywriters, and brand strategists.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Production Planning
- Deconstruct briefs to uncover true business goals and creative levers.
- Build tactical production roadmaps in Asana or Basecamp with KPIs.
- Allocate work across editors, designers, vendors for optimal throughput.
Quality Control & Visual Review
- QC creative outputs in Figma/Adobe: Priority Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects, Canva, spelling, brand specs, cut-outs, platform compliance (Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, etc.).
- Own SOPs, checklists, and zero-defect processes without slowing velocity.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a single point of contact for assigned client PMs and marketers.
- Surface blockers early, issue weekly snapshots, and synthesize production updates into business impact.
Creative Optimization & Feedback Loops
- Partner with Analytics to turn asset performance into iterative tests.
- Track throughput, asset cycles, and revise workflows to reduce drag.
Knowledge Management & Mentorship
- Document reusable SOPs and insights in Yokly’s Knowledge Bank.
- Coach junior coordinators and creatives on QA discipline and creative logic.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ continuous years in creative project management (agency or high-volume brand team).
- Fluency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects and Canva,
- Can give visual feedback clearly and constructively.
- Proficiency with post-production workflows, platform specs (Amazon, Meta, TikTok), and campaign logic.
- Proven ability to reduce error rates and rework under deadline pressure.
- Comfortable working 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time with a PH-based remote team.
- PC or laptop with a processor that has at least 8GB RAM, Intel Core i3 or equivalent, and Windows 11 (for both primary and backup equipment)
- Stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber), with internet backup such as Pocket WiFi or Mobile Hotspot.
- Tools: Asana/Basecamp, GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Frame.io, Looker Studio.
