Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Brand Associate in Metro Manila to manage and coordinate photo and video shoots from pre-production through post-production turnover, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier visual content.

You will lead timelines, budgets, logistics, and talent coordination while collaborating with the Creative director and brand team to realize shoot mood boards and concepts, upholding brand guidelines and high production standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience coordinating photo/video shoots in fashion/beauty.
• Strong project management and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Pre-production: plan shoot timelines, budgets, deadlines and target dates.
• Production: coordinate logistics, locations, permits, travel and equipment rentals.
• Post-production: oversee editing and delivery, ensure brand alignment and timely turnover.
• Budget management: track expenses and negotiate vendor rates.
• Quality assurance: maintain high visual standards across shoots.
• Act as point person for shoot-related items (models, video, product).
• Perform additional duties to support team needs.

AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)

As a Brand Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating photo and video shoots for Sunnies. You will ensure that all aspects of production run smoothly, from pre-production planning to post-production photo turnover. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a love for makeup, passion for creativity and agile problem-solving abilities. On top of this, a keen eye for detail to maintain our brand's high standards of visual content.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Pre-production Planning

• Manage shoot timelines, budget, deadlines and target dates
• Work with Creative director, brand team and other key members to plan shoot must haves
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop shoot mood board, concepts and themes.
• Create and manage production timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate logistics including locations, permits, travel, and equipment rentals.

Production Coordination

• Contact and put together supplier / production team, negotiating and finalizing contracts
• Manage on-set activities, including scheduling, crew management, and talent coordination.
• Lead the shoot production – product brief before shoot and on the day of, manage all the moving parts, point person for all shoot questions
• Oversee the execution of photo and video shoots, ensuring adherence to timelines and creative briefs.
• Manage clothes ordering and returning
• Manage all items to be shot and returned after shoot
• Facilitate communication between creative teams, talent, and external vendors.

Post-production Support

• Coordinate editing and post-production processes to ensure timely delivery of finalized content.
• Review and approve final edits, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and creative vision.
• Archive and organize digital assets for future reference and use.
• Work with creatives team to ensure all photos and videos are edited with proper direction and turned over within the agreed timeline

Budget Management

• Track expenses throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers to optimize production costs.
• Facilitate all shoot related Payments

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all visual content produced.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during production promptly and effectively

All shoot related items

• Be the point person for all shoot (model, video and product) related items

Other Responsibilities

• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned, as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the team and the company.

YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Film Production, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Shoot Producer or similar role in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in budget management and cost optimization.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
