Job summary

CNT Promo & Ads Specialist, Inc. seeks a dedicated field content creator to capture photos and videos at events, shoots, and on location.

You will turn briefs into on-brand deliverables, produce corporate and recruitment content, and edit short-form pieces for TikTok, reels, and highlight reels, delivering first-pass edits for review. Design simple pubmats and graphics, maintain brand guidelines, coordinate with the Production team, and learn studio workflows toward running basic shoots

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Digital Media Production, or related field; fresh grads considered.
• Working knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
• Basic to solid camera operation skills.
• Graphic design basics for pubmats and simple graphics (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Coachable, fast, and detail-oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video at company events, shoots, and on location following standards set with the Production & Social Producer.
• Produce corporate and recruitment content, recruitment posts, announcements, and everyday brand pieces turning briefs into on-brand deliverables.
• Edit short-form content, including TikToks, reels, and first cuts of highlight reels, delivering polished first-pass edits for review.
• Design social media pubmats and simple graphics in line with brand guidelines.
• Revise output based on feedback from the Production & Social Producer and Corporate Instructional Designer.
• Prepare exports, maintain proper file organization and naming conventions, and support scheduling and posting of content.
• Learn studio setup, equipment handling, and production workflow from the Production & Social Producer, building toward running basic shoots independently.
• Collaborate closely with the Production & Social Producer and Corporate Instructional Designer as an equal partner in the multimedia team.
• Maintain the safety, security, and confidentiality of Company files, footage, and platforms across all storage, editing, and collaboration tools.
• Carry out Company policies and procedures within the organization.
