The Admin Supervisor is responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of compliance practices across the organization, ensuring adherence to policies and industry standards. This role oversees compliance operations, will guide the team in meeting regulatory requirements, and drive accountability through clear systems, documentation, and measurable targets
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Compliance Monitoring
- Lead the team in ensuring all business operations comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all locations
- Establish and oversee compliance monitoring frameworks, ensuring consistent tracking, accurate documentation, and timely reporting
- Maintain and be knowledgeable of regulatory changes, ensuring that the team remains aligned and compliant.
- Oversee preparation, review, and submission of all required regulatory documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Risk Identification and Resolution
- Manage and optimize compliance systems to identify risks
- Lead investigations of compliance issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Evaluate operational risks and implement solutions while guiding the team in risk mitigation
- Act as the primary escalation point for LGU and BIR concerns
Policy Development & Governance
- Oversee the development, updating, and enforcement of internal policies to ensure alignment with regulations and company standards
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Ensure policies are clearly documented, consistently applied, and effectively communicated across teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements into business processes and daily operations
People Development and Operational Excellence
- Supervise and support Compliance Associates, ensuring clear task ownership and performance management.
- Set, track and enforce deadlines for permits, filing and compliance deliverables, ensuring that all outputs are properly documented.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of permits and filings
- Define and align team goals with business priorities
- Provides guidance and support to the team in alignment with organizational goals.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Administration or related field.
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- Preferably has experience in the retail industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent support to colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
