Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer for the MCRP-02 substructure works in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will supervise pilecaps, columns, pierheads and portals, ensuring conformity with drawings, specs and safety standards.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth execution, monitor manpower and materials, and prepare daily/weekly reports and as-built documentation. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering Bachelor Course.
• At least 5 years of solid related experience.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage substructure works (pilecaps, columns, pierheads, portals).
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, MS and Safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Monitor manpower, equipment and materials for efficiency.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, WIRs, MARs, and as-built documentation.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve site technical issues.
• Enforce HSE procedures and report incidents.
