Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer - Piling to support the MCRP-02 Railway Project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The successful candidate will supervise piling works on site and ensure bored pile activities comply with project requirements and quality standards.

You will coordinate with engineers and client representatives, monitor subcontractors across shifts, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to deliver safe, on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant site experience.
• Experience with bored pile construction.
• Experience supervising subcontractors on site.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation.
• Willing to work across shifts and coordinate with client/engineer representatives.

The successful candidate will oversee piling works on site and ensure bored pile activities are executed in compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

Job Description

• Assist in supervising piling works on site.
• Ensure the proper execution of bored pile works in accordance with project specifications, approved method statements, and quality standards.
• Monitor subcontractor activities during day and night shifts.
• Coordinate with Engineer and Client representatives on site activities and requirements.
• Maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Required Skills And Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the bored pile construction process.
• Experience in supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation management.
• Experience coordinating with Client and Engineer representatives.
• Able to work regardless of assigned shift
