Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation is seeking a QAC Electrical Engineer to monitor project quality control activities, review contract specifications, identify project requirements, and ensure timely development and approval of quality procedures and plans.

Responsibilities include QC inspection and testing, verification of results to ensure materials and workmanship meet specifications and codes, and preparing inspection/checklists and project quality plans with the Lead QA/QC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Knowledge of international quality standards.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conducts QC inspection and testing and reports to Lead QA/QC Engineers.
• Verifies quality inspection and testing results to ensure conformity with specifications and codes.
• Prepares inspection and testing plans and project quality plans with the Lead QA/QC Engineers.
• Monitors and records punch list closeouts.
• Performs spot checks on vendors and subcontractors to ensure delivery compliance.
