Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Property Engineer to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds in Subic, Zambales.

The role requires working under limited supervision and applying multiple trade skills. The ideal candidate is a Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with 1–2 years of relevant experience, willing to work Mondays through Saturdays in Subic.

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in property/facilities engineering.
• Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales.
• Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, and grounds.
• Monitor building system operations with limited supervision.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors (HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning).
• Complete maintenance records and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Maintain energy management programs to minimize operating costs.
• Perform welding, carpentry, locksmith tasks as needed.
