Greensafe International Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a School Discipline Support role to manage daily discipline operations, investigate incidents, mentor students, and maintain accurate records to promote a safe school environment.

You will follow safeguarding protocols, engage with parents, and handle confidential information with PDPA-compliant practices, performing additional duties as assigned.

Formación

• Experience in discipline management or youth behavior support.
• Certifications in youth work or related fields.
• Experience with restorative practices or behavior management frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and parents.
• Emotional resilience and cultural sensitivity for high-pressure situations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily discipline operations including latecomers, detentions, suspensions and school walks.
• Investigate student incidents and coordinate with parents to resolve issues.
• Mentor students with disciplinary challenges and track progress.
• Maintain confidential records of student interactions and investigations using Word/Excel.
• Follow safeguarding and emergency protocols and escalate safety concerns promptly.
• Handle student and family information in compliance with PDPA requirements.
• Perform additional student management and school operations duties as assigned.
