Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Student Support Associate to mentor students, plan activities, monitor progress and partner with parents and school staff to promote well-being and engagement.

You will collaborate with teachers and community partners to implement student support programs, maintain accurate records, and adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and data-protection procedures while contributing to a supportive, nurturing school environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student engagement, youth work, social services, or community settings.
• Preferred qualifications or certifications in youth work or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with youths and adults.

Responsabilités

• Engage and mentor students to support their emotional, social, and well-being needs effectively.
• Plan and supervise after-school engagement activities to foster student development.
• Monitor student progress regularly and provide tailored support to address individual needs.
• Communicate student progress and participation clearly with parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with teachers, school management, and community partners to implement student support programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
• Adhere to school safeguarding, emergency, confidentiality, and data-protection procedures consistently.
• Perform additional student-related duties as assigned by the school.
