Job summary

Talkstation Academy Cebu is scouting a Property Manager for our student residence village in Cebu City. The role requires hands-on oversight of daily operations, staff supervision, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for students. December 2026 start is expected.

You will manage maintenance, safety, reporting, and coordination with the academy’s admin team, while leading a team to deliver high-quality residence services in a dynamic, student-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Has supervisory or managerial-level experience in hospitality, property management, dormitory/residence management or similar service-oriented environments.
• Experience as Hotel Duty Manager, Operations Manager, Property Manager or similar role is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the student residence and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Supervise residence staff, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support teams
• Ensure a safe, clean, organized, and comfortable environment for students
• Handle student concerns, complaints, incidents, and emergencies professionally
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure property standards are maintained
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Monitor staff schedules, performance, supplies, and inventory
• Ensure residence policies, safety procedures, and operational standards are followed
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports for management
• Coordinate with the academy’s administrative team regarding student and residence concerns
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance student experience and property efficiency
• Take a hands-on approach and perform other duties necessary for smooth operations
