Responsibilities

• Process and record student payments, tuition fees, and other school-related transactions.
• Assist in monitoring student accounts, balances, receivables, and outstanding payments.
• Prepare official receipts, billing statements, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in processing collections, deposits, disbursements, and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records and supporting documents.
• Reconcile daily collections and other financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and schedules for management.
• Coordinate with the Registrar, Cashier, Finance Office, and other departments regarding financial concerns.
• Assist students, parents, and employees with accounting and payment-related inquiries.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents.
