Job summary

GUS Education PH is seeking a Student Interviewer for a six-month project-based on-site role in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. You will interview up to 20 prospective students daily, provide clear information about courses, and ensure smooth admissions processes. Strong English communication and CRM familiarity are essential.

The role offers a path to absorption into a full-time position, with government-mandated benefits and a defined schedule (Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM PH time).

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills for clear, professional student interviews.
• Previous telephone-based work experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and updating student records is desirable.
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with up to 20 prospective students per day to assess course suitability.
• Engage students in professional, informative conversations to understand backgrounds and aspirations.
• Provide accurate information about university courses and admissions steps.
• Address student questions clearly and professionally; refer complex queries to the right team.
• Record complete interview notes in Sugar CRM and verify interview details.
