Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd invites applications for a Student Management Support Officer to assist a Primary School with Student Management Cases. The role offers a 1-year contract and pays a basic rate of S$25 per hour, with Monday to Friday hours from 8.30am to 3.30pm and proximity to Great World MRT.

Responsibilities include supporting the Student Management Team, clarifying student accounts, guiding reflection during suspensions using the CSI approach, supervising students during service

Qualifications

• Experience working with students is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Student Management Team on groundwork and follow-up for Student Management Cases.
• Clarify student accounts by asking relevant follow-up questions to establish facts for the SM Team.
• Facilitate reflection and processing during class suspension using the CSI approach, guiding students to reflect on actions and better choices.
• Supervise students carrying out service work as part of consequences set by the SM Team.
• Facilitate simple apologies and reconciliation between students when appropriate.
• Provide information and observations to support SM Team follow-up of cases.
• Complete Incident Reports for each case and maintain documentation.
• Any other duties assigned by the Principal.
