Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• At least four years of professional experience in project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or Treasury.
• Experience in structuring and executing project financing transactions, including refinancing and debt financing.
• Experience in financial modelling and assessing project viability, debt capacity, loan covenants.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation with banks, lenders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project financing and refinancing activities, including financial analysis and documentation.
• Manage debt service obligations, loan covenants, and lender requirements.
• Assess DSCR, debt-to-equity, and interest coverage for loan compliance.
• Monitor cash flows, drawdowns, and financing-related disbursement requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, lenders, treasury, project teams and stakeholders on financing activities.
