Job summary

SNC ENG PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a structural engineer with Tekla Structures expertise to prepare fabrication and erection drawings for industrial and commercial projects.

The role requires hands-on skills in 3D modeling, AutoCAD, and related software, with emphasis on structural fabrication details. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in steel detailing, be able to work under pressure, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in structural steel with 3D modeling.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
• Ability to communicate in excellent oral and written English.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fabrication and erection drawings using Tekla Structures.
• Prepare detailed drawings for structural fabrication platforms, vertical ladders, and intermediate platforms.
• Structural modeling in Tekla software using point cloud data (advantage).
• Check model, shop, and erection plans.
• Basic understanding of connection design.

• Tekla Experience with AISC, NISD, OSHA standards is advantage.
• Experienced in structural design drawings and modeling both Industrial and Commercial projects is a must.
• Preparation of fabrication & erection drawings using Tekla Structures.
• Preparation of detailed drawings for Structural Fabrication Platforms, Vertical ladders, and Intermediate Platforms
• Structural modeling in Tekla software using point cloud is advantage
• Tekla Experience with AISC, NISD, OSHA standards is advantage.
• Preferred Hands-on experience in Commercial and Industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience in Auto CAD, X Steel, Tekla 3D Modeling Software.
• Checking Model, Shop, and Erection Plans.
• Minimum concept of connection design.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's College Degree, Engineering (Others), or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and with knowledge of the 3D program and Structural steel.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
• Ability to communicate in excellent oral and written English.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work effectively-
