Job summary

GHD Philippines is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Structures team, working on building and infrastructure projects across sectors. You will produce structural design documentation from concept through to IFC and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Civil or Structural Engineering degree and 3-4 years in a consulting environment, with familiarity with local and international codes and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, STAAD, and Prokon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3-4 years’ experience in a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with local and international civil/structural codes and standards.
• Experience working to Australian Standards is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, STAAD, Prokon; BIM exposure is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural design documentation from concept through to IFC.
• Prepare and check structural calculations and design deliverables.
• Review design outputs for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians across project teams.
• Support project delivery through structural modelling, drafting, and other technical tasks.
