Job summary

GHD in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structures delivery team. You will lead structural design in steel and concrete, including seismic and dynamic analysis, for diverse building and infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil or Structural Engineering degree, 8+ years in consultancy, and proficiency with ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, STAAD or Prokon; BIM capability is desirable. UAE codes familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• At least 8 years' experience delivering building and infrastructure projects within a consulting environment
• Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, STAAD, Prokon)
• Experience in a 3D design environment; BIM capability desirable
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements preferred

Responsibilities

• Structural design in steel and concrete, including seismic and dynamic design
• Technical and commercial project delivery across retail, commercial, and/or industrial sectors
• Coordination of engineers and technicians within project teams
