Job summary

SMEC Philippines is seeking a Structural Drafter to produce high-quality Revit structural documentation for bridges and civil structures, working with engineers and project managers on roads and highways projects.

You will deliver accurate models, assist coordination across multi-disciplinary teams, and help ensure compliance with project standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Background in structural projects with emphasis on drafting for bridges and civil structures.
• DPWH delivery standard knowledge is desirable.
• Proficient in Revit for documentation and drawing production.

The Structural Drafter key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and delivering structural drawings and documentation for bridges and civil structures for roads and highways projects.
• Producing accurate models and construction documentation using Revit and associated design software.
• Assisting with the coordination of drafting outputs across multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Supporting compliance with project standards, quality assurance requirements and client expectations.
• Contributing to efficient project delivery by managing assigned tasks and meeting project deadlines.
• Collaborating with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to achieve quality project outcomes.
• Supporting continuous improvement in drafting practices, digital delivery and project workflows.

Profile of what an ideal candidate should possess:

Skill set:

• Proficient in use of Revit as a documentation program.
• AutoCAD exposure is desirable.
