Job summary

SMEC (An SJ Group Company) is seeking a Structural Drafter to join our Philippines team. The role focuses on delivering accurate Revit-based structural drawings for bridges and civil structures, collaborating with engineers and project managers.

You will produce 3D Revit models, coordinate drafting outputs across disciplines, support QA and client expectations, and help improve digital delivery and project workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficient in use of Revit as a documentation program.
• AutoCAD exposure is desirable.
• Background in structural projects.

The Structural Drafter key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and delivering structural drawings and documentation for bridges and civil structures for roads and highways projects.

• Producing accurate models and construction documentation using Revit and associated design software.

• Assisting with the coordination of drafting outputs across multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Supporting compliance with project standards, quality assurance requirements and client expectations.

• Contributing to efficient project delivery by managing assigned tasks and meeting project deadlines.

• Collaborating with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to achieve quality project outcomes.

• Supporting continuous improvement in drafting practices, digital delivery and project workflows.

Profile of what an ideal candidate should possess:

Skill set:

• Proficient in use of Revit as a documentation program.

• AutoCAD exposure is desirable.
