Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an experienced Structural Designer/Drafter to join our growing engineering team in Taguig. The ideal candidate will produce precise 2D and 3D drawings, ensuring compliance with CAD standards and project timelines.

Must have 5+ years in structural drafting, strong CAD skills (MicroStation/AutoCAD), and solid concrete/foundation design experience. Office-based role in BGC, Taguig City, Monday–Friday dayshift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Structural Designing/Drafting.
• Proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Solid experience in concrete and foundation design.
• Experience in bulk materials handling or mine plant design is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with local and international engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software in compliance with Client-defined CAD standards and procedures.
• Produce design drawings within project-approved budget hours and deliverable timelines.
• Perform layout and detailing work for materials handling and mine plant structures within the assigned discipline.
• Apply strong understanding of structural fabrication and construction techniques to ensure buildable and compliant designs.
• Check design drawings for accuracy and completeness; senior candidates may lead small design teams.

About the Role
