Job summary

optiBPO is seeking an experienced SolidWorks CAD Designer/Draughtsperson to support our balustrade and architectural metalwork packages in Clark, Pampanga. The role focuses on delivering high-quality drawings and fabrication plans, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have advanced SolidWorks design skills, AutoCAD proficiency, and a strong understanding of balustrades and related metalwork.

Qualifications

• Advanced SolidWorks design and detailing capability.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience producing approval and fabrication drawings within a construction environment.
• Strong understanding of balustrades, handrails and/or architectural metalwork.
• Good communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers and contractors, to agree coordinated details within strict deadlines.
• Review project portals, architectural and engineering drawings, and site surveys to produce approval drawings.
• Produce detailed working and fabrication drawings for internal and external manufacture.
• Support the transition from design approval through to manufacture and installation.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced SolidWorks CAD Designer/Draughtsperson to support our growing team and deliver high-quality balustrade and architectural metalwork packages.The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated problem solver who works well to deadlines and collaborates effectively with others. Their main focus will be resolving design details efficiently to secure approvals and enable manufacture and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers and contractors, to agree coordinated details within strict deadlines.
• Review project portals, architectural and engineering drawings, and site surveys to produce approval drawings.
• Produce detailed working and fabrication drawings for internal and external manufacture.

Requirements

Essential experience and skills:

• Advanced SolidWorks design and detailing capability.

Desirable experience:

• Site measurement and survey interpretation.
• Experience using project portals and document control systems.
