Job summary

FGC+ is seeking a detail-oriented Structural Draftsman (CAD Specialist) to transform architectural concepts and structural requirements into construction-ready drawings. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, supporting drafting, documentation, and design tasks.

The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD skills, hands-on drafting experience, and a background in structural engineering or design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in structural drafting or design.
Proficient in reading and translating structural plans into CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

Review architectural and structural plans and convert to accurate 2D CAD drawings.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, structural layouts, and construction documents.
Develop and revise drawings based on approved designs and engineering requirements.
Apply knowledge of structural systems and materials to ensure constructibility.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to reflect approved designs.
