Job summary

FGC+ is seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman (CAD Specialist) to transform architectural concepts into accurate, construction-ready drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure precision, compliance, and clear documentation.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with 1–3 years of drafting or engineering support experience.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and resourceful drafting professional.
Ability to interpret architectural plans and client requirements.
Strong collaboration with architects, designers, engineers, and PMs.

Responsibilities

Review architectural plans, client requirements, design briefs, and tech specs.
Prepare detailed CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
Ensure drawings and project docs are complete, precise, and compliant with standards and codes.
Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and PMs to address technical concerns.
Apply knowledge of construction methods, space planning, and drafting standards for accuracy.
