FGC+ is seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman (CAD Specialist) to convert architectural concepts into accurate drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will work with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver space planning and construction documents, ensuring precision and code compliance.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a solid understanding of drafting standards and construction methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1–3 years of drafting or engineering support experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of construction methods and building systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans and client requirements to develop CAD drawings.
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
• Ensure drawings comply with codes and company standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain organized project documentation and schedules.
• Update drawings using AutoCAD and manage multiple projects.
