Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1–3 years of strategy, operations, marketing, or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication across remote teams.
• Experience writing social media ad scripts or marketing copy is a plus.
• Familiar with video production workflows and social media ad formats.
• Comfortable with regular meetings and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategy and write scripts for video ads across platforms.
