Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Workforce Administrator to support workforce planning, capacity management, and data-driven staffing decisions across multiple projects. You will maintain workforce data, monitor utilization, and provide insights to improve efficiency and project delivery.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong Excel/Sheets reporting skills to support staffing reviews and operational decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in workforce planning, workforce management, or a related role.
Experience supporting workforce operations within project-based or shared services environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate approved staffing and capacity plans to support workforce planning.
Monitor resource allocation across projects and identify utilization gaps.
Collaborate with delivery teams to align resources with project needs.
Provide workforce capacity visibility to inform staffing decisions.
Assist talent acquisition with workforce demand and supply data.
