Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Resource Planner to drive workforce planning from the front lines, supporting pursuits and projects through talent deployment and data accuracy. You will build strong networks on the ground and work with Sector and Service leaders to optimize resource use.

The role emphasizes collaboration with team managers, pursuit leaders and talent acquisition partners, ensuring informed decisions through dashboards and workforce data.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination within AEC or professional services.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting and their impact on deployment decisions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with team and project managers, pursuit leaders and talent partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with team managers to maximize billability and reliability of forecasts.
• Own the 12-week look ahead for team managers within remit.
• Provide regular feedback and insight from dashboards to key stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
• Identify and recommend recruitment needs to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maximise the use of soft booking and pre-planning practices.
• Act as the primary contact for talent seeking opportunities and ensure data is up to date.
