Job summary

blaseek seeks a Workforce BI Analyst to analyze workforce and operational data, delivering actionable insights to support business performance, planning, and capacity management. You will build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, validate data, and provide management-ready analyses for staffing and productivity decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in BI/Analytics, strong Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in BI, Data Analytics, Workforce Analytics or related role.
• Strong Power BI experience with dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with workforce, operational, productivity, capacity, or performance data.
• Strong KPI development, validation, and reporting skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate definitions, calculations, and data sources.
• Prepare regular management reports covering workload, productivity, capacity, and other metrics.
• Develop workforce demand and capacity models to support staffing and planning.
• Conduct forecasting, scenario analysis, and what-if modeling for decisions.
• Validate data and investigate discrepancies between sources and reports.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Gather requirements and translate into reporting solutions.
• Drive adoption of Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Prepare analytical presentations and management materials.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
